Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their business applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate planning and investment decisions
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at industry conferences, thought leadership forums, and regulatory discussions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption, ROI, and competitive advantage
- Mentor senior engineers and product leaders on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or industry white papers
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
