Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Architect innovation pipelines and prioritize R&D investments based on ROI and strategic impact
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions and accelerate time-to-market
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic execution and track industry benchmark performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
