Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams in futuristic thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching technology products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps for global enterprises
