Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of the technical roadmap for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, identifying key emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into core product lines.
- Conduct high-level research and feasibility studies on cutting-edge technologies like AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Present technical visions to C-level executives and key stakeholders to secure buy-in for large-scale projects.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for futuristic tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Certifications in AI or Cloud Architecture (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus.
