Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
