Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies with projected 2026 commercialization
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team through agile development cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Successful $5M+ budget management experience
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technologies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
