- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance for advanced technology deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning and digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
