As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in frontier technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to MVP launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Project management certification (PMP/Scrum Master preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or platforms
