Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated future environments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in future-casting and innovation roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, AGI safety protocols
- Exceptional proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CEMS)
- Fluency in at least two major technology forecasting frameworks
