Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to mitigate risks and identify opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scaling startups
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2019-2024)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M ARR
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Forecasting (preferred)
- Fluency in technical and business communication across executive levels
