- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure and allocate $10M+ annual innovation budgets across emerging tech verticals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement next-gen digital transformation frameworks
- Author thought leadership published in MIT Tech Review and IEEE journals
- Champion ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading $50M+ digital transformation programs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature Quantum)
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized protocols
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Previous CTO/Chief Strategy Officer experience at unicorn-scale companies
