Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (US/EU/Asia tech policies)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
