- Conduct market foresight analysis to identify emerging tech disruptors and opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototype systems
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders via executive dashboards and whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization projects
