Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credentials
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from lab to market
- Strong network of contacts in venture capital and tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
