Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy next-gen IoT infrastructure
- Champion AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor a team of 12 engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for autonomous tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network with academic institutions and government labs
