Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging fields
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Philosophy of Technology
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to unicorn status
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI/quantum
- Experience securing federal and corporate R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
