Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems designed to withstand the demands of future workloads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline, including AI/ML integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead the architectural design of cloud-native solutions and oversee the migration of legacy systems.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic vision for technology evolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
