Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with corporate vision.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-Tech) for integration into core products.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of breakthrough concepts.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on long-term technological investments.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and software architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and implementing disruptive technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
