Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead market research and competitive analysis of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop proof-of-concept frameworks for next-generation digital solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Portfolio of successfully launched tech transformation projects
