- Author white papers and policy briefs for regulatory bodies and industry consortiums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior researchers in futuristic technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, R, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
