Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and biotech-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to build innovation ecosystems
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product strategies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI development and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and managing innovation pipelines
- Deep understanding of tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology transformations
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
