Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
