Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with scenario planning for 5-year tech horizons
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
