- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation strategy
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
