Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech incubators
- Create compelling business cases for new technology initiatives including ROI projections and risk assessments
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
