Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Create comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for technology innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
