Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify opportunities for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology adoption curves
- Manage horizon scanning processes and trend intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered to market
