Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with 5-10 year market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption
- Drive sustainable technology integration initiatives across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
