Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy through rigorous testing and research.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
- Document code architecture and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and large language models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
