Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technological trends
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
