- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships with leading tech innovators and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in relevant technology domains
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
