Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of high-impact R&D projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to scout breakthrough technologies
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for organizational resilience in 2026+ landscapes
- Present innovation strategies to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Foster cross-generational talent development for future tech leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with innovation focus
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stack: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic innovation credential
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
