- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with corporate vision
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record leading cross-disciplinary teams through digital transformation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interface design
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
