Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) through 2026 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption impact
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Build ecosystem relationships with tech startups, academic institutions, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
