Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry forecasts
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Establish cross-functional innovation frameworks that accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis, technology horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience developing patent portfolios or innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 settings
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
