Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget
- Secure 5+ patents annually in next-gen tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and publish in top-tier journals
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing innovations
- Security clearance or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies
