Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate-tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and launch next-generation solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, sustainable materials science
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
