Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence and ethical AI frameworks
- Executive-level experience with technology governance and risk management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
