Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop and execute technology innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions in controlled environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate paradigm shifts
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints focused on breakthrough applications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills for executive audiences
