Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate futuristic concepts into viable product strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies with global impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic visions at industry forums
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Define KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and societal data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Published author or speaker at global technology conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
