Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ innovation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technologies
- Develop competitive intelligence reports on global tech innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven experience with scenario planning and long-term tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Executive presence with successful C-suite stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies preferred
