Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary future-tech solutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 2 industry-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in innovation management and agile development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
