Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive applications of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and driving technology adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, decentralized tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
