Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven approach
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
