Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental tech initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
- Manage a $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, generative AI, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in data visualization tools
