Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with executive business goals.
- Design robust, scalable, and high-performance system architectures for complex enterprise applications.
- Lead architectural reviews, code quality assurance, and the adoption of modern software development methodologies.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure) and evaluate their viability for integration.
- Ensure enterprise-wide data security, compliance standards, and disaster recovery protocols are rigorously maintained.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, or enterprise engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital modernization initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
