Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering) and assess market readiness
- Develop integrated innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies (autonomous systems, synthetic biology)
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology ventures or R&D initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
