- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies into existing product/service portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with experience translating tech strategy into financial models
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
