Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating market shifts and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and immersive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching products leveraging cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification
