Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of 2026 technology roadmaps
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Mentor junior engineers on future-forward development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
